Every day 400 women in Spain go the Court and present 400 accusations against men. Spanish courts accept false accusations. The police do not ask any questions or undertake any investigations. On average, every day Spanish women present 350 false accusations against men.

Men hace no right. No help for the approx 125,000 men that go to prision every year. Francisco Serrano compares the situation with the Guantánamo detention base.

José Díaz Herrera’s book (El Varón Castrado) is a summary of his study of more than 3000 cases from Spanish Courts’ records. “The Gender Violence Law like a gun pointed against men”. “In 2005, 160,000 men were arrested”.
